Its first flight took place on <strong>September 3, 1953<\/strong> instead, and it was <strong>1955<\/strong> The aircraft is designed as <strong>cantilever low-wing monoplane<\/strong> designed and has a <strong>Lycoming GO-435-C2A2 engine<\/strong> with <strong>240 hp<\/strong>, which has a maximum speed of <strong>306 km\/h<\/strong> With a range of <strong>750 km<\/strong> and a service ceiling of <strong>5,500 m<\/strong> The P-3 was ideal for training military pilots. A total of <strong>79 copies<\/strong> built, of which <strong>72 for the Swiss Air Force<\/strong> and <strong>6 for Brazil<\/strong> The P-3 was later replaced by the <strong>PC-7<\/strong> replaced, but remained in service as a liaison aircraft for several years.
