Their historical flights in Central Switzerland in detail

Experience the "tractor of the skies" from Birrfeld in the Antonov AN-2 – a robust biplane with a powerful radial engine, originally developed in the Soviet Union in 1947. Four flight programs are available, including the Rigi tour around the "Queen of the Mountains" and the Mythen tour over the striking Mythen peaks (CHF 250–350, approx. 1 to 1.5 hours). Alternatively, depart from Reichenbach in an open-top Bücker Bü-133 Jungmann, built in 1939, and enjoy the views over the Kandertal valley and the Bernese Oberland, complete with leather cap and goggles.

A true piece of aviation history awaits visitors departing from Lausanne: the North American T-6G Texan. As an "Advanced Trainer" of World War II, it prepared pilots for the transition to fighter aircraft like the P-51 Mustang. The aircraft, HB-RCN, built in 1943, flies over Lake Geneva with its 600-hp radial engine. Further enhancing the warbird experience are the two Swiss military trainers, the Pilatus P-2 and P-3, departing from Reichenbach: the P-2, built in 1946, with its characteristic 12-cylinder inline engine, and its successor, the P-3, which served with the Swiss Air Force until 1994.
