Your biplane flights in Central Switzerland in detail

With the Antonov AN-2, you'll experience the "tractor of the skies" from Birrfeld – a robust biplane with a powerful radial engine, originally developed in the Soviet Union in 1947. Four flight programs are available: the Rigi round trip (approx. 1 hour) around the "Queen of the Mountains," the Mythen round trip (approx. 1.5 hours) over the striking Mythen peaks and the Albis range, the Säntis round trip (approx. 1.5 hours) to the highest summit of the Alpstein region, and the romantic full moon flight (approx. 1.5 hours) at dusk. Weather permitting, you'll have the opportunity to take the controls yourself for a while during each flight.

In an open-top Bücker Bü-133 Jungmann, built in 1939 and departing from Reichenbach, you'll experience classic aviator flying over the Kandertal valley and the Bernese Oberland, complete with leather cap and goggles. Choose between 30- or 60-minute flights past Lake Thun and Lake Spiez, the Niesen mountain, or the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks – either as a relaxing scenic flight or with aerobatic maneuvers such as loops and rolls.
